New Courses Coming April 2023: Contact Kelly to Join the Waitlist

Philosophy is Kelly’s most passionate pursuit in Yoga. She has conducted her original series of courses, Yoga In Life, both in person and online over the last three years as part of multiple teacher training programs and as a YACEP for continuing education credits/courses. Yoga in Life focuses on Book II of the Sūtras, with overviews of Book I, and includes a brief history of Yoga and its lineages and traditions.

If you are in need of a Yoga philosophy teacher for your teacher trainings, workshops, or intensives, Kelly would be honored to connect with you and help support your program through her passion and expertise.

Individual Mentoring

The mentor and student relationship is one of the primary components in the foundation of Yoga. It is the tradition and essence of our lineage and yogic path. In Kelly’s individual mentoring, she helps guide her students through deepening their knowledge or training.  She treats this experience as an extended and confidential relationship between two people who strive for mutual growth and success.

If you are searching for guidance on your yogic path and interested in pursuing a Primary Teacher (Mentor) and Student relationship, reach out to Kelly to arrange an initial exploratory session.

If you can maintain your balance during the troubles and tribulations of life, then the result will be that you will transform through the difficulties, rather than become more and more out of balance as a result of the difficulties. If you can do this in life, then it will lead to transformation.

This is the true practice and study of Yoga — Transformation.
